Proposal Submission Process

We are very fortunate at St. Clement of Rome to have a thriving community.  We are also very blessed to have an approachable and caring Pastor that wants the best for all of the Parishioners and the Parish.  Many of our Parishioners continually offer their time and talents for the good of the Parish and its School.  With the size of our Parish and School, programs and facilities can always be improved.  While there are an overabundance of worthwhile ideas and suggestions, we need to be good stewards of the Parish resources and, as has been previously announced, we have instituted a streamlined approach for submissions for efficiency and to avoid misunderstandings.

Any proposals that you would like to submit must to be made in writing to the Business Manager at [email protected]. If your proposal needs financing, please provide any quotes that you have received and the scope of the project. In addition to submitting your proposal, please complete the form below so that all relevant information about your proposal is included in the initial submission to avoid delay in considering the proposal. This information will then be forwarded to Msgr. and the finance council for consideration.
