Sacraments Overview
The sacraments are an outward sign instituted by Christ to give grace. Jesus touches our lives through the sacraments. Our celebrations of the sacraments are signs of Jesus’ presence in our lives and a means for receiving His grace. Sacraments can be divided into three groups: Sacraments of Christian Initiation - Baptism, Confirmation, and Eucharist, Sacraments of Healing - Reconciliation and Anointing of the Sick, and Sacraments of Service - Matrimony and Holy Orders.
