Holy Eucharist

The word “Eucharist” is also used as a synonym for the Catholic liturgical communal action called the Mass. Jesus is fully and truly present in the Eucharist, in the forms of bread and wine, and the Eucharistic celebration is the central act of worship and community for all believers. The Holy Eucharist is the essential spiritual food and drink - the spiritual nourishment - of church members.

Communion Call
Holy Communion is taken to those who are sick or unable to attend mass.
Please call the parish office to arrange a visit.

First Eucharist (First Holy Communion)
This sacrament is celebrated in the spring during the Easter season. A parent meeting is held in January. Children in the PSR and school must complete the sacramental preparation program before receiving First Eucharist. Home schooled children are required to call to make special arrangements for instruction and materials. For information contact Barb Yoffie at 822-1903.
