Baptism

Baptism is the first sacrament of the Church. Through the waters of Baptism, we are washed clean of sin and become members of the Body of Christ, the Church. Through Baptism we become a part of the "priesthood of believers" and share in the ministerial work of Christ.

Baptism is generally administered to infants of Catholic parents. Below is found information for procedures to be followed in the Baptism of Infants. We also baptize children and adults. This is done through the Rite of Christian Initiation for Adults (RCIA) and the Rite of Christian Initiation of Children (RCIC).

Baptism is held the last Sunday of the month after the 11:00 a.m. Mass.

Parents should call the Rectory well in advance to schedule the time and date.
